Gleeson Stands Firm On Orchestral Shows
Dave Gleeson To Perform His Last Two Orchestral Shows
Despite announcing he has to step aside from The Angels to keep up with his other duties, current singer for the band Dave Gleeson is a staunch bloke and so he has confirmed he will stand fast on fronting the band for his last two orchestral shows at ‘Symphony Of Angels‘ in Melbourne on Fri 23rd Jun & Adelaide on Fri 30th Jun.
This will be a special pair of concerts not to be missed as Dave fronts the band for this 20 song orchestral extravaganza.
New vocalist, the very talented Nick Norton, will be moving to the front of the band from behind the drums over the next few months and is welcomed by all including Dave Gleeson as he passes along the baton first held by the inimitable Doc Neeson.
No matter who fronts The Angels over the last five decades the songs themselves have risen to hold a station in Australian cultural history that almost supercedes the core engine room of guitar riffs built by brothers Rick Brewster & John Brewster.
